I always wanted to taste this greek cheese, and I’m absolutely fan of it… the longer it stays on the grill, the tastier and it really doesn’t melt. So yesterday I thought, I’ll try something other than the spoons, and prepared some mini skewers (or kebabs) with some summer vegetables.
- halloumi cheese
- soak the kebabs for a couple of hours, so that they don’t get burned on the grill
- prepare the kebabs
- grill them with no oil and no salt (the cheese is salty enough)
