Mushroom cream soup with prosciutto

It was a cold and rainy day. No intention to nibble some cold stuff, I’d rather wanted a nice soup to warm me up from the inside.

Ingredients:

  • Mushrooms
  • Prosciutto
  • Sour milk
  • Vegetable broth
  • Salt & pepper

Method:

  1. peel the mushrooms and chop them coarsely;
  2. put them into a pot with vegetable broth and cook until the mushrooms are done;
  3. in a separate frying pan cook the prosciutto with no oil and then dry it up with some kitchen paper;
  4. liquidize the soup.
