It was a cold and rainy day. No intention to nibble some cold stuff, I’d rather wanted a nice soup to warm me up from the inside.
- Sour milk
- Vegetable broth
- Salt & pepper
- peel the mushrooms and chop them coarsely;
- put them into a pot with vegetable broth and cook until the mushrooms are done;
- in a separate frying pan cook the prosciutto with no oil and then dry it up with some kitchen paper;
- liquidize the soup.
