It was a friday afternoon, it was blazing hot (happens sometimes, though very rarely) and I was home alone and happy about it. In the larder I found a can of crab, yummy! There was a lot of it, so I started to prepare some nibbles, here is one of them.
- crab meat
- cress sprouts
- crème fraîche
- wasabi paste
- salt & pepper
- let drip away all the liquid from the crab meat,
- in a bowl put the crab meat, and mix it with all other ingredients except the cress sprouts;
- put the mixture into spoons and decorate with the sprouts.
