My supermarket sometimes has these special offers… you can buy a big piece of rump of beef without having to ask your bank for a loan. And then you have to act, fast! and choose a good piece. I cooked it the day before I prepared these crostini and had a little piece left. Why not use it for a quick nibble?
- a piece of cooked rump of beef
- sour milk
- wasabi paste
- cress sprouts
- grill the bread on a grill pan;
- in a little bowl mix a soup spoon of sour milk with a tea spoon of wasabi paste (so you know the ratio);
- spread it on the bread;
- add the meat and decorate with cress sprouts.
