Rump of beef crostini with cress sprouts and wasabi cream

My supermarket sometimes has these special offers… you can buy a big piece of rump of beef without having to ask your bank for a loan. And then you have to act, fast! and choose a good piece. I cooked it the day before I prepared these crostini and had a little piece left. Why not use it for a quick nibble?

Ingredients:

  • a piece of cooked rump of beef
  • bread
  • sour milk
  • wasabi paste
  • cress sprouts

Method:

  1. grill the bread on a grill pan;
  2. in a little bowl mix a soup spoon of sour milk with a tea spoon of wasabi paste (so you know the ratio);
  3. spread it on the bread;
  4. add the meat and decorate with cress sprouts.
