First wednesday back on the diet, jeeeeez I’m hungry. And I have to cut on the oil, on the cheese, on the bread… on EVERYTHING. But I wanted something good to eat, something that didn’t taste diety or light…. Saw something similar on tv a while ago, it was only bigger…. not nibble-like. I liked the idea, though and so I tried to recreate it.
- spring onion
- rump of beef
- lemon juice
- olive oil
- salt & pepper
- tomato paste
- worcestershire sauce
- chop all the vegetables very finely;
- mix them with olive oil and lemon juice and season;
- chop the meat very finely;
- add the chopped parsley, season and add some lemon juice.
