Tomino with prosciutto

It’s hot. Blazing hot. And the barby is always ready. And the discipline is fading (..alas). I’m not so resolute anymore to stay on a diet but I still should. I think (am I excusing myself for not being disciplined anymore? that’s pathetic!) one should get a treat every now and then, so here is one.


  • tomino (a little tomme)
  • prosciutto
  • salad leaves
  • tomatoes
  • spring onion


  1. Wrap the cheese with prosciutto and then into tinfoil;
  2. cook it on the barby on a very low heat;
  3. cut some tomatoes into wedges and cut the green of the spring onion;
  4. put the cheese on some salad leaves and decorate with the spring onion and the tomatoes.
