It’s hot. Blazing hot. And the barby is always ready. And the discipline is fading (..alas). I’m not so resolute anymore to stay on a diet but I still should. I think (am I excusing myself for not being disciplined anymore? that’s pathetic!) one should get a treat every now and then, so here is one.
- tomino (a little tomme)
- salad leaves
- spring onion
- Wrap the cheese with prosciutto and then into tinfoil;
- cook it on the barby on a very low heat;
- cut some tomatoes into wedges and cut the green of the spring onion;
- put the cheese on some salad leaves and decorate with the spring onion and the tomatoes.
