It’s my fault! I got lured by a smoked trout special offer and I bought it. The problem is, there is enough trout to make nibbles from now until christmas, and I’d like to try also other things, rather than stick only to this fish…. So here another nibble with smoked trout (alas), the last for a while.
- smoked trout
- sour milk (or crème fraîche)
- spring onion
- with a fork shred the smoked trout fillets;
- in a bowl mix them with a little bit of mayonnaise and sour milk;
- add the chopped capers and the green part of the spring onions cut into rings;
- season to taste.
