It’s the middle of the week (t’was the middle of the week) and it’s time to create a new nibble. This is a very quick one, because although I always try to be productive at least twice a week, I don’t always have the time to. I was able to do some shopping in the morning and came home with some interesting new items. I used to eat smoked trout in a tartare (maybe one of the next nibbles? who knows), but I don’t think I ever bought the horseradish cream before. And I should have. Because it’s delicious.
- smoked trout
- cress sprouts
- horseradish cream
- take away the little fishbones from the trout and break it into small pieces;
- put on a small dish with a small amount of horseradish cream;
- decorate with a little bit of cress sprouts.
