And why does one have to presume that if it’s about kebabs and shrimps, that it’s going to be a summery dish? Shrimps are a all-throughout-the-year thing. So let’s take advantage of them and have some, because they’re delicious ;-).

- lemon juice and zest
- olive oil
- put the shrimps in a bowl, along with the lemon juice and its zest;
- chop all the other ingredients add them to the shrimps;
- season and let the shrimps to marinate for a while;
- put on a skewer and cook in a grill pan.
