The problem with guacamole is, that the risk of the nacho breaking down and havin avocado all over you is very high. And it’s not much fun cleaning all the mess away such a dip can do (believe me, I know). So why not having the guacamole served into baskets? And I could even only copy-paste the recipes, because I’ve already done both, and I just combined the two.
- olive oil
- bread dough
- Roll out the dough very thinly, cut it into rounds and fit it into the minimuffin tin. Bake for about 8-10 min in the oven (200 °);
- prepare the guacamole with chopped avocado, chilli, coriander, tomatoes;
- add the juice and the zest of a lime, some olive oil and season to taste;
- serve the avocado into the little baskets.
