It’s that time of the year. That time before Christmas. The house smells of butter, coconut, cardamom and coriander. Triglycerides are rocketing. The liver is begging no more of all of this. But hey, it’s that time of the year, so I guess I’ll postpone the dieting to next year. Or maybe I’ll shove it just in a very dark spot of my mind, where I can easily overhear it. Nevertheless, I wouldn’t say that this nibble is a very bad one for your lovehandles. So, just have it a try. You’ll have to finish the pack of desiccated coconut anyway.
- desiccated coconut
- chilli powder
- in a bowl put the cononut and the salt;
- add the shrimps and coat them well;
- cook in a pan, dry on a piece of kitchen paper do take away excess fat;
- sprinkle with chilli powder.
