Greek salad

It’s an old classic. But what do you do, when it’s getting hot outside and you just don’t want to stand in front of a hot stove? Or an oven? Noooooooo… so, you choose cold 😉 This salad has been around like for eva and eva, but it’s very fresh and nice to have and doesn’t even require cookery skills 😉 … Don’t have any excuses left, grab your ingredients and start chopping 🙂

Ingredients:

  • cucumber
  • tomatoes
  • peppers
  • onions
  • flat leave parsley
  • feta
  • lemon juice
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper

Method:

  1. peel the cucumber, cut it taking away the middle, that’s too watery;
  2. cut all the vegetables to small same-sized cubes;
  3. dice the feta cheese;
  4. chop the flat leave parsley, and mix it all together, seasoning it with lemon juice, olive oil and salt&pepper.

I love to eat and to cook. And is there anything better than having a cocktail or a glass of wine and some wonderful little nibbles at five o’clock? Let’s face it, it’s always five o’clock somewhere in the world...
