“Cheddar makes it all better”… I heard this sentence a couple of days ago looking an episode of “Man vs. food” and I laughed my a.. head off :-). Whether it’s really true or not, it’s not for me to say, I’m a fan :-), but I also like all (but one) of the cheeses from around here, and there are a lot of them. I could start trying to do the same recipe with some local cheeses to see wich one would do as well… but that’ll imply a lot of frying and frying is sooooo bad for your health and your hips won’t be grateful either…
- chillies (hot ones)
- frying oil
- first of all you start by grating the cheese and chopping some chillies;
- then you mix the two forming some little balls in the palm of your hand: I suggest you don’t make them bigger than a cherry;
- then you breadcrum them, twice and you fry them, voilà.
