This one goes along with the other recipe I’ve just published… just so that you can offer some diversity, instead of twisting dough with strips of bacon, you can twist dough with some grated cheddar cheese on top. And it is yummy. I feel it’s like one of those things you want to have more of, like cherries or chips (crisps) or parma-ham slices… you know what I mean 😉
- pizza dough
- cheddar cheese
- roll out the dough very thinly and cut it into strips;
- grate the cheddar on top;
- take the two ends and fold them in the middle pressing down a little bit;
- cook it until golden in a 200 °C preheated oven.
