Back to business after being off for a week on a (well derserved, I’d like to add) vacation with little or no work in the kitchen… Though I’ve not been able to stay away completely and organised an apéro midweek, going off on a red herring again, so. Why do I call this spoon fusion? Because it unites flavours and herbs of the mediterranean cuisine with those of other ones… simple as that.
- flat leave parsley
- lime zest&juice
- olive oil
- maldon salt
- black pepper
- chop the parsley and the chilly and mix them in a bowl;
- add the juice and the zest of a lime,
- add the meat and season with olive oil, salt&pepper and serve.
