Who said that a nibble is only something you eat? Gotcha! Sometimes sauvignon blanc alone won’t do it, and you’re looking for something more. Sometimes along with the little nibble you’re just done with preparing you want something with a little extra zing, so here it is.
- white wine (preferably a dry one)
- ice cubes
- wash the raspberries and put them in a blender;
- add a splash of white wine, the icecubes and mix;
- serve in a cocktail glass with a little sprig of lemon balm for decoration.
