What is better than a ripe camembert cheese (not the high-ends one though, that’ll be a little bit too over the top)? You got it! A coated and fried ripe camembert cheese :-). And the little salad that accompanies it is just enaough to cut the richness of the cheese without taking anything away from it…. And yes! I’ll try to be good and post less recipes about fried food (don’t tell hubby though…)
- bread crumbs
- cherry tomatoes
- spring onions
- olive oil
- cut the camembert into small wedges and double coat it with the breadcrumbs;
- slice the cherry tomatoes and the spring onions and mix them in a little bowl adding a little bit of olive oil and seasoning it to taste;
- fry the cheese wedges and serve.
