Actually I sooooo wanted to write this post sitting in my bathing suit on hubby’s tablet… (the laptop doesn’t agree with battery.. yeah, I know, it’s too sad). So, after having desperately tried to post this during the afternoon, I’m back to it in the evening, with the laptop (safely plugged in) and here it goes….
- ground mixed meat (pork and beef)
- lemon zest
- grated parmesan
- ev. breadcrumbs
- in a bowl mix the ground meat, the chopped sage, mustard:
- add the egg and grated cheese, add the lemon zest and check for consistency;
- season to taste with salt&pepper and form the meatballs, cook them with some olive oil.
