Prosciutto e melone?

This october has been fabulous so far. Little rainy days and a lot of sunny ones, even almost hot ones… This salad is one I did some time ago, and as I saw it going through the pictures it made me wish it was still summer.   It doesn’t even require cooking, just a knive, a chopping board and the ingredients….


  • melon
  • watermelon
  • prosciutto
  • valle maggia black pepper


  1. cut the melon in half and deseed it, then cut into chuncks slightly bigger than bitesize;
  2. cut also the watermelon and put all the pieces on a plate, putting the prosciutto around them;
  3. season with black pepper.
