What do you do when you have leftover cooked potatoes? Right! You go to the supermarket and buy some tuna to go with it and prepare a tartare ;-). And by having quickly gone on google to have a look seem like this idea isn’t new at all (as if anything in the kitchen). Nevertheless, I swear I didn’t go watch before I prepared it… so, my idea ;-).
- sushi quality tuna
- lime zest and juice
- olive oil
- maldon salt
- cut the cooked potatoes into rounds and cook them in a pan wit some olive oil and let them cool on a piece of kitchen paper;
- cut the tuna into very small cubes and put it into a bowl, adding the choppend coriander and chilli, the lime zest and its juice;
- season with olive oil and lime juice;
- mix well and serve on the potato with some maldon salt on top.
