I still had some of the mango and of the papaya left from that other recipe, the asian tartare I published last week, I thought of using them with another favourite of mine, shrimps 🙂 It came out really nice, even though a little bit more oil would not have been wasted…
- lime juice
- fish sauce
- sesame oil
- chop all the veggies, the herbs and the fruits into smallest cubes and mix in a bowl;
- add the lime juice and a squirt of fish sauce;
- butterfly the shrimps and cook them in a pan with a little bit of sesame oil and serve.
