Another step towards lean cuisine, with only few definite flavors might be the following recipe. Though not as light as the ones I’m doing right now and will publish in another post in a couple of days it has not too many calories. It might seem too easy to prepare. Well, sometimes we forget how good these easy recipes taste and go for long and complex ones just because we want to impress someone.
And actually, being on a long dieting journey I was very happy to see that you really, and I mean it, REALLY prepare tasty little nibbles also with very few calories and be happy to munch them.
- soft tortilla
- lean pork
- iceberg salad
- soy sauce
- olive oil
- cut the pork into small pieces (strips) and marinate them in soy sauce;
- sautée the pork in a little bit of olive oil;
- cut the salad and the dice the tomatoes and form the tortilla.
