Minitortillas with bresaola, red peppers and cress sprouts

You thought that I was over minitortillas. Wrong you were! (I soooo feel like Yoda right now). This is another little minitornitlla-based nibble. What can I say? They’re small, tasty and handy to put food on, small portions of it. This time with breasola on it. And mustard, and cream cheese. And… I was getting carried off…

Ingredients:

  • soft tortillas
  • bresaola
  • cream cheese
  • mustard
  • red peppers
  • pickled hot chilli peppers
  • cress sprouts

Method:

  1. cut out the minitortnillas from a soft tortilla and heat them;
  2. mix equal quantities of mustard and cream cheese and spread it on top of the minitortilla;
  3. add the bresaola, cut the red peppers and the pickled peppers in to rings and put on top;
  4. decorate with a little bit of cress sprouts.
