Minitortillas with shrimps, again

These minitortillas, as a lot of other things here in this blob, appear to be addictive. This one is at least the third recipe I’m publishing with them in it. And for sure the second involving shrimps (an old declared love of mine). This is more mediterranean style though…

Ingredients:

  • soft tortillas
  • shrimps
  • flat leave parsley
  • garlic
  • lemon zest
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper

Method:

  1. cut out the tortillas the same way you did for the other ones in the previous recipes and heat them;
  2. chop finely the parsley, the lemon zest and the garlic;
  3. in a preheated pan add a little bit of olive oil and cook the shrimps, add the chopped veggies and mix and let heat through;
  4. serve.
