Tortilla with smoked salmon

Seems like I’m on a fish trip. Looking at the last posted recipes, most of them are with fish as their main ingredients… or is it not? Anyway, smoked salmon comes in handy little packages of 100g, just the right amount to create a nibble without any leftovers and without getting a bad conscience…

Ingredients:

  • soft tortilla
  • smoked salmon
  • caper berries
  • shallots
  • cream cheese

Method:

  1. heat a pan to heat the tortilla as well;
  2. spread some cream cheese on top (I used philadelphia 5% fat);
  3. add the smoked salmon;
  4. chop some shallots and sprinkle on top along with some chopped caper berries.
