I haven’t done these in a while. The are very addictive so small and with an explosion of flavor as soon as you bite into them, so I decided not to prepare them anymore. But lately I happened to prepare a pizza again and I got weak and with the leftover dough I prepared these small krapfen.
- pizza dough
- spring onions
- roll out the dough and cut small rounds and leave aside;
- in the blender put some coriander, chilli, cheese (any cheese that’s not too aged) and some ham, seasoning and mix;
- put a small amout of the mixture in the centre of the discs, overlap and close pressing firmly;
- bake in a preheated oven 200 °C for about 10 minutes.
