Roastbeef with Asian sauce

Every once in a while I prepare a roastbeef with the slow cooking method. And for that I usually get a nice chunck of meat, so that there will be some left overs. Why? So that I have cooked meat already prepared that I only have to slice and season for a quick little nibble like this one…. And it is light as well, so bear in mind 😉


  • some leftover roastbeef
  • coriander
  • spring onions
  • chillis
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • lime juice
  • soy sauce
  • fish sauce
  • salt&pepper
  • sesame oil


  1. slice the roastbeef into thin slices and put on a plate;
  2. chop   all the veggies and mix along with some lime juice, some soy and fish sauce, add a little bit of sesame oil
  3. season to taste with salt&pepper (you won’t need a lot of salt, because of the soy and the fish sauce) and serve.
