I know I know, the asparagus is not in season yet, but it is one of those things that I cannot resist… I can pass by it in december, but in march, no way. Have to have some. And here it complements the raw salmon and the cress sprouts in a tasty little starter.
- cress sprouts
- wasabi paste
- soy sauce
- slice the salmon into thin slices and do the same with the fresh asparagus;
- mix the cress sprouts with the asparagus slices and serve on a plate along with the salmon slices and a small container for the soy sauce/wasabi paste mix.
