Another very quick nibble, and again fish-based for the non-meat eaters among you. By the time the tuna is seared you only need to cut and to serve and the nibble is ready. Like I want to wait for hours for having a nibble 😉 I’m using my patiente somewhere else these days.
- fresh tuna
- cherry tomatoes
- cress sprouts
- spring onions
- sesame seeds
- fish sauce
- soy sauce
- rice vinegar
- heat the grill pan, in the meantime chop the spring onions and the coriander, cut the cherry tomatoes into wedges;
- sear the tuna very rapidly on both sides, and cut into thin slices;
- prepare the sauce by mixing rice vinegar, soy sauce and fish sauce with a little bit of sugar;
- pour on top and sprinkle some sesame seeds and serve.
