Minitortillas with creamy olive paste and not fat fried shrimps

Minitortillas with creamy olive paste and not fat fried shrimps

What? What is it about not fat fried shrimps? It’s all in the appliances baby :-). We recently bought this frier that uses little or no oil to fry stuff, as in, it’s fried with hot air and only little oil. If you don’t have it, don’t panic, you can achieve the same results by cooking the shrimps in the oven 😉 Anyway, yes! Again shrimps, and yes! Again minitortillas. And I don’t have to explain why. Just have a try and prepare them and eat them and tell me afterwars….

told you so 😉

Ingredients

  • soft tortillas
  • shrimps
  • cream cheese
  • sour milk
  • olives
  • jalapeños
  • salt

Method:

  1. cook the shrimps in the oven (or in the dry-frier);
  2. cut the minitortillas out and heat them up as well (I threw them into the dry frier just after the shrimps);
  3. put some olives into a small food processer and blizz them up with a little bit of cream cheese and sour milk (to cut down the calories), spread it on top of the minitortilla and add a cooked shrimp on top;
  4. decorate with a little bit of salt (the olives are already salty enough) and a slice of chilli.
