Minitortillas with sautéd mushrooms and umami

Absolutely right! My addiction with minitortillas is going on and on and on… oops. So, let’s just get it over and done with lamenting that I’m having no fantasy and that I’ll better change the base for my nibbles to something else (coming right away in the next post, though) and let’s go over to the recipe: also very quick, easy and with very little ingredients, because we don’t want to mess with the flavours of the foods 😉

Ingredients:

  • soft tortillas
  • mushrooms (champignon de Paris)
  • olive oil
  • umami paste
  • sour milk
  • salt&pepper

Method:

  1. peel and slice the mushrooms very thinly and sauté in a pan with a little bit of olive oil, season with some salt and black pepper;
  2. cut out the minitortillas and heat them in a pan with no oil;
  3. mix the umami with a little bit of sour milk;
  4. put the paste on top of the tortilla and add the sautéd mushrooms.
