Pork meatballs with wild garlic

It’s here again, in the fields (and more fortunately for me) also in the supermarkets! What am I talking about? Wild garlic, of course. One of my favourites things in spring. Actually, at the moment, the only thing about spring, because higher temperatures are a rare good around here… But, back to the recipe. This one will not take you more than 10-15 minutes to prepare, so, hop along and into the kitchen 😉


  • minced pork (lean, if possible, I used a piece left over from the fillet)
  • wild garlic
  • egg white
  • wild garlic pesto
  • bread crumbs
  • salt&pepper
  • olive oil


  1. if the meat isn’t minced yet put it along with the other ingredients (but the olive oil) in the blender and mix;
  2. check the seasoning and add if needed;
  3. form little flattened meatballs and cook in a hot pan with a little bit of olive oil.
