Lamb on peppers

Lamb on peppers

I was very happy of how this recipe turned out. The peppers go very well with the lamb. Tastewise I think it was an encounter of mediterranean and asian cuisine, but that’s just me imagining flavours 😉


  • lamb
  • peppers
  • onions
  • chillies
  • coriander
  • lime (zest and juice)
  • sugar
  • fish sauce
  • rice vinegar
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper


  1. heat a pan, add some olive oil and cook the lamb, season it, cover it in tin-foil and let it rest while you cook the peppers;
  2. slice the onion and the peppers and put them in a pan with a little bit of oil, let them cook a little and add a little bit of water;
  3. add the chillies, the coriander and stir;
  4. add the sugar, the fish sauce and the rice vinegar, let it steam for a moment and serve with the lamb on top.
