And again I come with two favorites of mine combined, shrimps and wild garlic. And they go very well together… So if you have some boiled potatoes left over from the other day, slice it and give it a shiny crust and add these wonderful biiiiig shrimps 🙂
- wild garlic
- olive oil
- if you don’t have some potatoes left over, slice them and boil them until tender;
- heat a pan with a little bit of oil, season the potatoes with salt and pepper and sauté them;
- cook the shrimps in a hot grill pan and cut them into slices;
- mix some wild garlic with olive oil and some salt and put the paste on top of the potato and the slice of shrimp.
