It started with a bag. Well, no, actually two. I got them as a present for mothers’ day. In the bag there was a flower mix, one wiht chocolate chunks and the other with pumpkin and sunflower seeds. We baked these breads together and it was a success. So I had to redo them, and this time I made them into small breads, that can fit perfectly in a small lunchbox 😉
- wholemeal flower
- dry yeast
- mix equal quantities of the two flowers in a bowl (say 250g each) and form a mold in the center;
- add a soup spoon of salt around the border, add the sugar and the dry yeast in the mold and put in about 3dl of water;
- mix and form the dough, put it somewhere dry and warm to rise (twice the volume);
- form the breads and cook in a preheated oven at 230 °C for 6 minutes (if its one bread 15 min.) and then lower the temperature to 180 ° and leave to bake for another 20ish minutes.
