And yes, it’s eggs again. Why not? I still remember when eggs were demonized and nooooo, you shouldn’t have more than an egg per week and stuff like that. Such nonsense! - spring onion
- separate the eggs and beat the whites;
- mix the yolks with the grated cheese, the shrimps, the chopped spring onion in the blender and season;
- mix in the chopped chilli and fold in the whites;
- cook in the oven at 180 °C for a few minutes.
