Shrimp with orange sauce, black sesame seeds and salt

Why use too many ingredients with something as good as new, juicy, big and fatty shrimps? I mean fatty in the sense of plump of course, because in fact shrimps are fairly light and have little calories (oh joy, and I’m really trying not to put any sarcasm in this). Let’s use these shrimps just with some orange juice and season them with black salt and decorate them with some black sesame seeds, that’s all 🙂

Ingredients:

  • shrimps
  • orange juice
  • olive oil
  • black pepper
  • black salt
  • black sesame seeds

Method:

  1. heat a pan, add a little bit of olive oil and once hot add the shrimps;
  2. when almost cooked, add the orange juice;
  3. season with the pepper and then serve with a sprinkling of black salt and sesame seeds.
