Bresaola rolls with rucola and cream cheese

… The heat is still on. Like it’s just a couple of raindrops coming down and all they do is making me take the cushions of the chairs inside. Nothing else. No refreshing. So I’m still in “I don’t want to die in the kitchen because it’s too hot mode” and I’m going to show yet again a recipe that requires no cooking and no heating of ovens and stoves, yeyyy 🙂

Ingredients:

  • bresaola
  • rucola
  • cream cheese
  • black pepper

Method:

  1. spread the cream cheese on the bresaola;
  2. sprinkle with black pepper and add the rucola;
  3. roll and eat 🙂
