If you’re allowed a little bit more calories than near to none you will love this little nibble… It reminds me of another one that I prepared some time ago, but with duck breast. You mix the sun dried tomatoes and the rucola along with the freshly grated parmigiano and then you’ll only need something to make them stick together (maybe next time I’ll try without)..
- sliced roast beef
- sun dried tomatoes
- sour milk
- grate the parmigiano and put it in a bowl;
- in a little mixer blizz the rucola along with the sun dried tomatoes adding a little bit of sour milk;
- season with salt&pepper and add to the grated parmigiano to form a cream;
- put it in a bag (like ziplock) cut the end and pipe it on the end of a slice and roll.
