Smoked salmon carpaccio with goat's cheese

Ihh!! Really?! Smoked salmon with goat’s cheese? I never would have believed it, but it goes. And it’s really yummy 🙂 I have to admit though, that this one is not really a recipe of mine. Recently I got whisked away for my birthday and brought to a restaurant where I was offered this dish. There are little differences though, I had to personalise it a little bit 😉

Ingredients:

  • smoked salmon
  • goat’s cheese
  • chillies in oil
  • basil
  • black pepper
  • salt

Method:

  1. This one’s really no biggie… put the salmon on a plate, add a quenelle of goat’s cheese;
  2. add the chopped chillies and the basil and season with salt and white pepper.
