It’s nice to nibble on something warm when it’s so cold outside. This little nibble won’t take more than 15-20 minutes to make, it’s really tasty and easy. And for once, because it seems that I’ve been going on the whole year with this subjetct (with results… well, ask me next year), they’re also relatively light.
- sesame oil
- soy sauce
- spring onions
- chop the mushrooms and cook them in a pan with a little bit of sesame oil, season them and add a splash of sake, let reduce;
- in a bowl whisk the eggs with salt&pepper and a little bit of soy sauce, add the mushrooms, pour in a cake-ball pan (or a minimuffin tin, and in this case, cook in the oven) and cook until the eggs are set;
- add a little bit of sliced spring onion on top.
