Pork kebaps in oyster sauce

A real quick little nibble. For those that don’t want to wait too long for their food. From start to eating them you won’t need more than 15 minutes? I think. Just depends on your knife skills (or you remembering your butcher to ask for thinly sliced lean pork meat). Of course these kebaps can also be prepared with chicken or turkey.


  • thinly sliced lean pork
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • sesame oil
  • ginger
  • garlic
  • fresh coriander
  • chilli


  1. slice the pork   and put it in a bag with a little bit of chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander and leave to marinate (so, it might take more than 15 minutes, but the longer the meat marinates, the better it gets);
  2. cook the pork in a hot pan with a little bit of sesame oil;
  3. once almost cooked, add the oyster sauce and sprinkle with fresh chopped coriander;
  4. put on kebaps and serve.
