Tartare with wild garlic, asparagus and blue cheese

Another very quick nibble… maybe I’m feeling spring and that’s why I’m so tired. It just hast to be quick. And this is quick. Just the time to chop up some of the ingredients, slice the other ones and mix all together… Here it goes 😉

Ingredients:

  • fresh beef for tartare
  • wild garli
  • asparagus
  • blue cheese (I used stilton)
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper
  • toast bread
  • butter

Method:

  1. toast the bread in the pan with a little bit of butter;
  2. in a bowl mix the chopped wild garlich with the crumbled cheese and the meat, add the sliced asparagus and season with salt&pepper;
  3. serve on the hot bread.
