This is really quick and easy. It can’t be any simpler than that. Get some fresh pork sausages (in my case I used some with wild garlic in it), take them out of the casing, spread them onto some buttered toast and cook in the oven and they’re ready to serve ;-), if you can’t find the sausages like this, take some simple one and mix them with some chopped wild garlic!
- toast bread
- (wild garlic)
- take out the sausage from the casing;
- spread the butter on the bread and add the sausage meat (if you want, you can add the wild garlic to the sausage mixture);
- cook in the oven and taste.
