Toast with pork and wild garlic sausage

This is really quick and easy. It can’t be any simpler than that. Get some fresh pork sausages (in my case I used some with wild garlic in it), take them out of the casing, spread them onto some buttered toast and cook in the oven and they’re ready to serve ;-), if you can’t find the sausages like this, take some simple one and mix them with some chopped wild garlic!

Ingredients:

  • toast bread
  • sausages
  • butter
  • (wild garlic)

Method:

  1. take out the sausage from the casing;
  2. spread the butter on the bread and add the sausage meat (if you want, you can add the wild garlic to the sausage mixture);
  3. cook in the oven and taste.
