It’s just a quick fix. Really. It’s late. I’m tired. And I want to post this recipe. This will be even quicker if you had some of those puff pastry cushions spare, that we used a couple of recipes ago. If you do, it’s just a matter of chopping, mixing and stuffing. No more. So, exactly what’s needed after a long day’s work. 😉
- puff pastry
- lime zest
- crème fraîche
- soy sauce
- prepare the cushions if you don’t have any at hand, otherwise cut them lenghtwise in two;
- chop the cooked shrimps, coriander, chilli and mix them with lime zest, crème fraîche and season them;
- stuff the cushions with the mixture and serve right away, before the cushions get soggy.
