This idea was given me by a friend of mine, who prepares them quite often. And I must say, they’re delicious and versatile… This filling is just one of the many many possibilities, so why don’t you have a go and try your version of it?
- olive oil
- cheddar cheese
- peel the mushrooms and remove the stalk;
- mix in a bowl some ready tapenade or prepare it yourself (blizz olives, garlic, anchovis, parsley,olive oil, salt&pepper) and mix it with some grated cheddar;
- fill the mushrooms and bake them for about 20 minutes at 200 °C and serve.
