Stuffed mushrooms

This idea was given me by a friend of mine, who prepares them quite often. And I must say, they’re delicious and versatile… This filling is just one of the many many possibilities, so why don’t you have a go and try your version of it?


  • mushrooms
  • tapenade
  • olives
  • garlic
  • parsley
  • anchovis
  • olive oil
  • salt&pepper
  • cheddar cheese


  1. peel the mushrooms and remove the stalk;
  2. mix in a bowl some ready tapenade or prepare it yourself (blizz olives, garlic, anchovis, parsley,olive oil, salt&pepper) and mix it with some grated cheddar;
  3. fill the mushrooms and bake them for about 20 minutes at 200 °C and serve.
