Strawberry margarita sorbet

It’s World cup. Temperatures run as high as emotions. Well. Maybe not for every game… There have been some lousy ones too. Let’s move along and leave football to people more interested in it than me (as in, I might starting to get interested at quarter-finals *duuuuhhhh*). Anyway, want something to cool yourself and your nerves as well? Nothing better than a strawberry margarita sorbet then! Enjoy!

Ingredients:

• strawberries
• sugar
• water
• lime juice
• tequila
• cointreau

Method:

1. dissolve the sugar into the hot water and blend it with all the other ingredients;
2. put inte icecream machine and serve as soon as ready.
