Creamy guacamole

A creamy version of one of my favourite dips. I wnated to say more about this one, but the simple fact is that it tastes delicious and it’s prepared very quickly.

Ingredients:

• avocado
• crème fraîche
• lime juice
• cumin
• chilli powder
• salt&pepper

Method:

1. cream the avocado with a fork, add some crème fraîche;
2. grind down the cumin seeds with a little bit of salt and add it to the mixture;
3. add the lime juice, chilli powder and some black pepper and serve.
