I’ve seen this recipe on @MyCupcakeAddictionAu’s channel on Youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8f6Z7uojuk0) and thought it as lovely. I just changed the recipe of the cupcake using fresh strawberries in the batter instead of milk and adding a little bit of food coloring. They were really lovely!!
- 190g sugar
- 250g flour
- 2 eggs
- 125g strawberries
- baking powder
- 50 butter
- icing sugar
- vanilla paste
- prepare the batter as usual, but instead of using milk use the mixed strawberries (minus the seeds) and cook the cupcakes at 180 °C for 15-20 minutes and leave them to cool;
- prepare the buttercream and put it in a piping bag with a star-tip;
- once the cupcakes are cold make a hole on the top (keep the “lid”) and pour some minismarties inside, put the lid bak on top, pipe on some of the buttercream;
- decorate with sprinkles and with a m&m on top and serve.
