… I hope I didn’t forget any of the ingredients in the tags, and of course also in the list of ingredients below 😉 This was just another take to the last little nibble. Instead of serving it into pie shells I decided to add some whipped cream and serve it in a bowl. And, surprisingly, although there was much more milk (and cream) than coconut millk, you could taste the latter better than in the previous recipe… go figure!
- coconut milk
- vanilla pod
- gelatine sheets (2)
- whipped cream
- star anis
- prepare the cream following the previous recipe 😉
- add the whipped cream and serve with a couple of peach wedges on the side and some coconut shavings on top.
